The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) has released its draft 2025/2026 QAP for LIHTC, which is available at Draft 2025-2026 Qualified Allocation Plan for Low Income Housing Tax Credits (Board Approved) (phfa.org).
Public comment will be accepted in writing up to the deadline of August 22, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.
Additionally, PHFA would like to announce that LIHTCs have been reserved to 38 developments plus three conditional developments. Collectively, these 41 projects will create 1916 units of new or preserved housing, of which 1801 units will be affordable.
