The Iowa Finance Authority Board of Directors awarded over $10.6 million in federal housing tax credits to support the construction and rehabilitation of 404 affordable rental homes for Iowans. The awards were made to ten rental housing projects located in Burlington, Charles City, Davenport, Des Moines, Jefferson, Knoxville, Mount Pleasant, Oskaloosa and Spirit Lake.

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) will implement the The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) NSPIRE inspection protocol October 1, 2024, for properties that were subject to receive Housing Quality Standards (HQS) or Uniform Physical Condition Standards (UPCS) inspections before that date. KHC is aware that HUD has extended the NSPIRE compliance date for properties receiving HQS inspections; however, KHC will not be using this extension.
