MassHousing, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the City of Cambridge, Callahan, Inc. and RODE Architects are partnering to develop a 106-unit rental housing community. Just A Start and the project partners celebrated the start of construction on 52 New Street, which will create new rental homes for residents with various incomes on the site of a vacant building and parking lot in North Cambridge.
