North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) will hold Public Hearings for its proposed 2025 QAP, 2024 National Housing Trust Fund, 2024 HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and 2024 Housing Incentive Fund on March 5.
Each plan sets forth the procedures and criteria to which NDHFA will adhere in allocating financing to multifamily affordable housing projects in each respective program during the September 2024 application round.

The hearings are for interested parties to provide either written or oral comments regarding the proposed plans. Persons who do not attend the hearings may submit written comments by 5 p.m. CT, on March 1. The plans can be viewed on NDHFA’s website, www.ndhfa.org, beginning on February 14.
