Registration and Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be sent to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s registration cancellation policy is as follows:

| Before 09/07/2023 | No cancellation fee before 09/07/2023 |
| Between 9/7/2023 and 10/7/2023 | $150 fee for cancellations between 9/7/2023 and 10/7/2023 |
| After 11/8/2023 | No refunds from 10/7/2022 onward |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
The responsible party will have up to 48 hours prior to arrival to cancel their reservation without penalty. Inside the 48 hours, the party will be charged one night room and tax via the secure form of payment that was originally provided. All subsequent nights will be cancelled automatically without additional charges. The same policy will apply to reservations that do not show or call to cancel.
