The National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) released the draft of its updated Recommended Practices in Housing Credit Administration (summary and red-line version). The Recommended Practices were last updated in 2017 and the update reflects a year-long process with a task force of Housing Finance Agency directors and stakeholder input.
Comments are due by August 14, NH&RA plans to submit comments and will hold a meeting to discuss the changes and our comments on Thursday, July 26 at 1 p.m. ET. Contact NH&RA’s policy associate, Neron Adams-Escalera, to be added to the meeting.
