Minnesota Housing (MH) announced that the deadline to submit 2023 Multifamily Consolidated RFP/2024 HTC Round 1 applications is July 13 by noon CT. This deadline also includes submission of any applicable application fees, qualification forms and other financial information. The Minnesota Housing board anticipates holding its selection meeting in December 2023.
MH also released the 2023 Multifamily Underwriting Standards to assist developers and partners better navigate the updates and changes to the standards.
