New Hampshire Housing changed the due date for pre-applications for the competitive 9% LIHTC application round. Pre-applications are now due on July 14, 2023. All other dates in the 2023 application schedule for 2024 LIHTCs remain the same.
New Hampshire will also hold a series of public forums on the 2025-2026 QAP to gather input from stakeholders. The first public forum is a hybrid meeting (virtual and in person) on June 21 from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. ET. Registration is currently closed for the June 21 meeting, but you may submit input to QAP@nhhfa.org.
