Minnesota Housing (MH) announced that there is still time to apply for the Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Program Rental Assistance Request for Proposals. MH anticipates the awarding of up to $27.1 million in grant funds for Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) and Sponsor-Based Rental Assistance (SBRA) programs. The HTF Program provides temporary rental assistance and provides payment for Housing Related Expenses, such as application fees and security deposits. Applications are due by noon CT on May 17. MH also announced that the Intent to Apply (ITA) deadline for the 2023 Multifamily Consolidated RFP/2024 HTC Round 1 is May 11 by noon CT. The ITA is required for all 2023 Multifamily Consolidated RFP/2024 HTC Round 1 application.
