The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency announces the Housing Options Program Grant for Multifamily Housing (HOP-MF). This grant is a new affordable housing program aimed at providing resources to:

  • Build new affordable rental units;
  • Rehab and preserve existing affordable units; and
  • Perform emergency repairs to existing affordable units.
