The West Virginia Housing Development Fund (WVHDF) recently released the Debt Management Policy in the Penalty for Failure to Meet the Bond Closing Deadline subsection. This document outlines the Fund’s policies for Tax-Exempt bond issues and only relates to Tax-Exempt Bond Financed properties which can be viewed here.
WVHDF also recently released the 2023 and 2024 Tax Credit Manual, which can be viewed here (redline version). The Fund will review the content of the Manual on March 14, immediately following the conclusion of the public hearing on the Proposed 2023 and 2024 Allocation Plan, which can be viewed here (issue 23-1 memo, notice, and redline version).
