Minnesota is developing its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) and Performance Evaluation Report (PER) for 2022.
The State submits its CAPER to HUD annually as a condition of receiving federal housing and community development funding through the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships, Emergency Solutions Grants, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS programs and the National Housing Trust Fund.
The CAPER provides information to measure the state’s progress during the past year in meeting assistance goals and priorities identified in the consolidated plan. It includes a summary and analysis of progress made on affirmatively furthering fair housing and overcoming impediments to fair housing.
Public comments on the CAPER and PER must be submitted by 5 p.m. CT on December 2 to mn.housing@state.mn.us.
