Florida Housing Finance Corporation posted a draft of the excel-based Exhibit A application for RFA 2022-201 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Medium and Small Counties; RFA 2022-202 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Broward, Duval, Hillsborough, Orange, Palm Beach and Pinellas Counties; and RFA 2022-203 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Miami-Dade County.
Applicants are encouraged to explore the documents and provide any questions or concerns regarding the functionality of draft applications to Jean Salmonsen at jean.salmonsen@floridahousing.org. Florida Housing requests to receive information regarding Exhibit A functionality as soon as possible so the issue can be resolved prior to issuing the RFA. As a reminder, Florida Housing cannot provide advice in answering application-specific questions and any questions regarding such will be ignored.
