The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) seeks proposals from qualified applicants for pre-development loan funds for single-family, multifamily or supportive housing projects.
All proposals will be evaluated on the scoring criteria listed in the RFP. DHCD anticipates awarding up to $500,000 per project. Projects will be in strategically important locations for the Department’s goals and developers will evidence strong mission-alignment with the communities in which the projects will be located. The development entities should have less than five years of operating experience.
All applications Emerging Developers Pre-Development Loans are due no later than 2 p.m. ET on August 17. Applications should be submitted to the DHCD mailroom located at:
