The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) is providing notice that the California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) will host a workshop to present draft regulatory concepts for onsite treatment and reuse of nonpotable water regulations, as it relates to Senate Bill 966.
The focus of the workshop is to provide opportunities for input and feedback related to the regulations of onsite treated nonpotable water systems. Members from HCD and California Building Standards Commission (CBSC) will be in attendance to answer questions within their regulatory authority.
