About the National Council of Housing Market Analysts
Created in 2001, the National Council of Housing Market Analysts (NCHMA), is the only professional body dedicated exclusively to enhancing the professionalism and standards surrounding residential rental real estate market analysis.

NH&RA has reserved a block of rooms for NCHMA Annual Meeting attendees at the AC Hotel Nashville Downtown. Room rates start at $169 per night, excluding taxes and fees. Our group rate will be honored through November 9, 2022, or when our block sells out, whichever is sooner. After that, rooms rates will be based on availability and market pricing. Please note that attendees must be registered for the conference to make their reservations in our room block.
