Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) released the multifamily rental housing 2022 Veterans NOFA, which includes OHCS Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) project-based rent assistance and tenancy support services resources for Veterans. Projects must attend and complete the PSH institute after receiving a reservation of funds to be eligible to receive PSH funds. Oregon Affordable Housing Tax Credits (OAHTC) are also available through this NOFA. Pre-applications are due June 30 by 4 p.m. PT. Applicants are only eligible to submit a full application by first submitting a pre-application by the pre-application deadline. Full applications will be made available on July 7.
