Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) would like to invite you to participate in a series of webinars to learn more about the agency’s DRAFT 2023 Legislative Agenda. This includes both recommended statutory changes and the funding requests being put forward in the Agency Request Budget (ARB). OHCS staff will provide an overview of the work we have done thus far to develop our requests, share more about the next steps in the process, and provide additional details about each request topic.
Developing a successful legislative agenda is a collaborative process that fosters ongoing dialogue with agency staff and leadership, external partners and stakeholders, the Governor’s office, Department of Administrative Services (DAS), and other state agencies. These webinars will allow the agency to engage with key stakeholders and partners. Staff will send a summary to preview our proposed agency agenda and a survey to capture thoughts and feedback following the webinars.
To ensure you can engage more deeply in the issue areas that most align with your work and expertise, OHCS will be facilitating three individual webinars. These webinars will be recorded. Recordings will be made available on the agency’s Government Relations webpage by May 13.
