KeyBank Community Development Lending and Investment announced in a recent press release, the provision of a $74 million high leverage bridge loan for SDG Housing Partners, an affordable housing development company based in Manhattan Beach, CA, to acquire and preserve a portfolio of four Section 8 subsidized affordable housing properties in Tennessee. The properties include:

  • Clarksville: Ramblewood, built in 1972, 112 units;
  • Hermitage: Margaret Robinson, built in 1972, 100 units;
  • Knoxville: Ridgebrook, built in 1968, 144 units; and
  • Nashville: Hickory Forest, built in 1983, 90 units.
