The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency opened its Intent to Submit Portal for 2022 nine percent LIHTC applications. Once the Intent to Submit application is submitted, developers will receive an invoice and instructions to pay a $5,000 application fee to unlock the full application. The full application will be ready by the end of March, when the final QAP and application material will be uploaded to the website. However, developers can start uploading the Intent to Submit at any point until April 1. Full 2022 nine percent LIHTC applications will be due by 3 p.m. ET on June 30.
Also, please note that the 2022 Request for Proposals for Tax Exempt Volume Cap (and four percent LIHTC credits) has also been posted to the website. The RFP outlines the deadlines and application directions for the four percent application cycle.
