Cinnaire announced the appointment of Deborah Toby to chief human resources officer and chief diversity officer. Deborah brings more than 25 years of experience to the role, serving most recently as executive vice president, Human Resources, where she played a key role in implementing best practices for the integration of Cinnaire’s principles of diversity, equity and inclusion across the organization. In her new role, Deborah is responsible for developing and executing Cinnaire’s human resources strategy in support of its overall mission and strategic direction, according to the press release.
