Owners are required to submit 2020 Annual Owner Certifications and Tenant Data for each project that has qualified a tenant during the reporting year via the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA’s) online reporting system, DevCo Online. The information is due on Tuesday, March 1, 2022. See the Annual Reporting Requirements Chart for more details on requirements by funding source.
OHFA will hold Annual Owner Reporting webinars on January 19 at 1 p.m. ET and on February 8 at 10 a.m. ET. Both webinars have discussions on tenant events, dealing with errors, completing the Annual Owner Certification form and how to correct findings found on the compliance letters.
Part of the reporting process for LIHTC projects includes completing the Annual Operating Survey. The latest survey is to be completed and submitted to the Agency by March 1, 2022. Questions regarding the Annual Operating Survey may be directed by email to Kevin Clark at kclark@ohiohome.org.
