Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) released a rule, which enacts HB 2101 from the 81st Oregon Legislative Session into rule. The changes eliminate the requirement for a small claims judgment and amends the timeline in which to apply to the housing Choice Landlord Guarantee Program and eliminates per-landlord limit and unpaid rent limit for reimbursements under the Rent Guarantee Program. The new rule is effective as of Jan. 7, 2022.
