The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) opened the 2022 Competitive nine percent Housing Tax Credit Pre-Application acceptance period for the 2022 Competitive Housing Tax Credit Cycle. The Pre-Application due date is January 7 at 5 p.m. CT. Pre-Application fees must be received by this same deadline.
TDHCA Multifamily Finance Division posted the following 2022 Multifamily Uniform Application Forms and Supporting Information: 2022 Scope and Cost Review Supplement, 2022 USDA Principal Balance Amortization Exhibit and Application Webinar Videos (parts one and two). TDHCA will hold an in-person multifamily application seminar from 8:30 a.m. to noon CT on January 21, register here.
TDHCA also posted the 2022 Supplemental nine percent LIHTC request log. The log is reflective of all supplemental credit request forms submitted to the Department by December 10.
