Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) will hold a virtual hearing on proposed rulemaking for its Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program on January 18 from 10 to 10:30 a.m. PT. The proposed rule fleshes out specific implementation for Oregon. OHCS is specifically seeking feedback on whether other options should be considered for achieving the rule’s substantive goals while reducing negative economic impact of the rule on business. Comments can be sent to Joy Aldrich at Joy.Aldrich@hcs.oregon.gov by 5 p.m. PT on January 31.
