Florida Housing will begin accepting private activity bond (PAB) and four percent applications for developments proposing new construction or redevelopment on Jan. 6, 2022, beginning at 8 a.m. ET. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In order for the application to be accepted by the Corporation, it must be submitted via email to MFLoans@floridahousing.org, the application fee and TEFRA fee must have been received by the Corporation and the application must be complete and include all required Exhibits and the Principals of the Applicant and Developer(s) Disclosure Form (Rev. 05-2019).
