The Connecticut Housing Finance Agency posted a second list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) relating to the upcoming nine percent LIHTC round. The first set of published FAQs can be viewed here.
This document contains a reminder that nine percent LIHTCs are limited to $30,000 per qualified unit, and 20 percent of the population component of the annual credit ceiling. For 2022, this maximum is a total of $1,849,640 credits. Applications for the nine percent LIHTC round are due no later than 4 p.m. ET on January 12.
