Ohio Updates FAQs, AHFA and Cost Containment Standards; BGF and HDGF Comments Due Jan. 24

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) posted FAQs for the 2022-2023 QAP. FAQs will be accepted at QAP@ohiohome.org through January 14.  

OHFA also posted an updated Affordable Housing Funding Application (AHFA), changes were made to the hard cost calculation on the budget page and the applicable tax credit percentage cell has been unlocked on the Housing Credit Tab. The 2022 Cost Containment Standards are now posted. 

OHFA is accepting pre-draft comments on the Bond Gap Financing Program Year 2022 Guidelines and the Housing Development Gap Financing Program Year 2022 Guidelines. Comments may be sent to QAP@ohiohome.org until January 24.
