Priscilla Almodovar, president and CEO of Enterprise Community Partners, announced that Lori Chatman will serve as the new president of the capital division. The previous president, Charlie Werhane, will transition to chair Bellwether Enterprise’s board of directors effective January 1.
“I am confident that her bold leadership, decades of experience and unparalleled commitment to our mission will bring the work of our Capital division to new heights,” Almodovar said in the December Enterprise Update email. Chatman joined Enterprise in 2004 and most recently headed up Enterprise’s Equitable Path Forward, a $3.5 billion initiative to address racial inequities in the real estate industry.
