The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has posted to the final 2022 QAP as approved with modifications by the Governor on December 1. Two modifications were made by the Governor. The first change reduces the points possible in Section 11.9(e)(7) for Single Family Right of First Refusal from two points to one point. The second change found in Section 11.302(a) ensures that over-sourcing of funds for non-market units does not occur when combining tax credits with soft funds from other units of government. TDHCA also posted the Draft 2022 Initial Ceiling Summary, which reflects the estimated Competitive LIHTC Ceiling that the Department expects to have available for allocation during the 2022 cycle. TDHCA posted the following 2022 Multifamily Uniform application forms and Supporting Information:
- 2022 Uniform Application Certifications;
- 2022 Uniform Application Templates;
- 2022 Previous Participation Form; and
- 2022 Neighborhood Risk Factors Report.
