The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) posted the final 2022 Housing Tax Credit Site Demographic Characteristics Report using an updated property inventory. In addition, the Affordable Housing Needs Indicator (AHNI) dataset was updated based on changes made to the 2022 Draft Qualified Allocation Plan at the Board meeting of Nov. 10, 2021. TDHCA also posted the List of Declared Disaster Areas, 2022 Supplemental Nine Percent Credit Request Form and the draft versions of the 2022 Multifamily Uniform Application and Multifamily Programs Application Procedures Manual. The draft application is intended for use by four percent LIHTC applicants who participated in the 2022 Private Activity Bond Lottery. Potential Competitive nine percent LIHTC applicants should refrain from using the draft forms to begin preparing an application for submission, and instead wait until a final version is posted by TDHCA staff.
