Virginia Housing has suspended the Tax Credit monitoring fees for the 2021 reporting due to the impact of COVID-19. The collection of fees is expected to resume for the 2022 Compliance Monitoring review period with fee collections in 2023.
The Annual Owner Certification packets will be distributed using Adobe, March 31, 2022. Immediately report all changes in property ownership, management agent and on-site property contacts to your assigned Compliance Officer, so Virginia Housing can update its records prior to distributing packets.
