Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) will hold a virtual hearing on its state Affordable Housing Tax Credit Program proposed rule from 3 to 3:30 p.m. PT on December 16.
The proposed rule incorporates changes from HB 2433 to the State Affordable Housing Tax Credit Program, which was enacted in the 81st Oregon Legislative Session. These changes are in line with those updates and including program’s operational manual. Comments should be sent to Martin Jarvis at Martin.Jarvis@hcs.oregon.gov by 4 p.m. ET on January 6.
