Florida Posts RFA 2022-203 Documents

Florida recently published the following documents for RFA 2022-103 Housing Credit and SAIL Financing to Develop Housing for Homeless Persons:  

• 10-7-21 draft of Development Cost Pro Forma (Excel); 
• 10-7-21 draft of ELI Maximum and NHTF Determination Worksheet (Excel); and 
• comparison of RFA 2021-103 and 9-28-21 draft RFA 2022-103. 

RFA 2022-103 is expected to be issued on November 2, 2021.
