Michigan Releases Preliminary Rankings for 14th Round of Gap Financing Program

The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) released the preliminary rankings for the Notice of Intent stage of MSHDA’s Gap Financing Program for Round 14. Almost $24.4 million in gap funding was requested from 28 proposals submitted under Round 14 of the Gap Financing Program. The Notice of Intent to Apply Projections Worksheet includes two tables:   

• Table One is based on the applicant’s initial projections and    
• Table Two reflects projections made by MSHDA staff that were based on correcting errors or making different assumptions that will need to be considered as an applicant chooses to continue processing or not.
