The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development has released their second draft of the proposed 2013 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). The proposed QAP has several important changes. Public comments on the new draft will be taken until 5 PM EST on May 3, 2013. The release of the final Maryland QAP Draft is anticipated to occur on the week of May 20th.
