Affordable Housing Finance recently released their list of the top developers of 2012, and several NH&RA members made the cut. The number one developer, NH&RA member firm Pennrose Properties started construction on 14 new developments with 1,070 affordable units last year.  AHF’s top ten developers (those highlighted are NH&RA members), ranked by the number of affordable units started in 2012, are:
