The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) has released its 2013 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Application Materials and Exhibits supporting the 2013 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). Applications are due by March 1, 2013. ADOH reminds applicants that the current version of the 2013 QAP posted on its website is for reference only. The QAP is currently pending approval from the Governor and will not become final until it has been signed. ADOH will publish an Information Bulletin to notify the public once it has been approved.
