The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency has published the final version of its 2013 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for the allocation of federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs). NCHFA has also released the preliminary application for 2013 housing tax credits. The application will be managed by an online system and will include tools and resources for completing the application. Preliminary applications are due by 12:00pm noon on January 25, 2013. NCHFA will announce final site scores on March 28, 2013. Applicants must then submit full applications by 12:00pm noon on May 17, 2013. Winning applications will be announced in August 2013.
