The South Carolina State Housing Finance & Development Authority has published its final 2013 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and Tax Credit Manual for the allocation of its federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs). Applications will be made available online in January 2013 and will be due on March 8, 2013. The Authority plans to hold a workshop on the 2013 tax credit program and application in January as well. Final reservations will be made in July 2013.
