At the April 30, 2021 Board Meeting, the Florida Housing Board of Director’s approved a staff request to issue a new RFA with the Competitive Housing Credits and Grant funding remaining from RFA 2021-106 Financing to Develop Housing for Persons with Disabling Conditions/Developmental Disabilities. The new RFA is for financing to develop housing for Persons with Developmental Disabilities.
This RFA is expected to be issued on May 20 with applications due on June 3. The Review Committee meeting is expected to be held at 10 a.m. ET on June 9. The results of the Review Committee meeting will be brought to the June 18 Board meeting.
