Pennrose said that its company, Hunt, and Acacia Network were selected by the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) to repair and upgrade 1,321 units under NYCHA’s Permanent Affordable Commitment Together (PACT) program, including Hope Gardens. Pennrose released a video on the project.
