HUD recently issued CPD Notice 12-007 which laid out new HOME program requirements which were mandated by the HUD Appropriations Act of 2012. These new HOME requirements will have a significant impact on all HOME PJs, subrecipients, state recipients and CHDOs, as well as other program partners. To assist PJs and their partners to implement these requirements, HUD’s Office of Affordable Housing Programs will host a series of informational webinars:
