Florida Housing will hold review committee meetings on January 12 and 13 for requests for applications (RFAs) 2020-201, 2020-203, 2020-205 and 2020-206 as follows:
- January 12, 2021 at 10 a.m. ET: RFA 2020-201 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located in Medium and Small Counties. Register here.
- January 13, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. ET: RFA 2020-203 Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing Developments Located In Miami-Dade County. Register here.
- January 13, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. ET: RFA 2020-205 SAIL Financing of Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments to be Used in Conjunction with Tax-Exempt Bonds and Non-Competitive Housing Credits. Register here.
- January 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. ET: RFA 2020-206 HOME Financing for the Construction of Small, Rural Developments. Register here.
The Review Committee Meetings recommendations for the above RFAs, as well as RFA 2020-101 Elderly Housing Community Loan (EHCL) will be presented to the Florida Housing Board of Directors during the January 22, 2021 Board Meeting.
