The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) will hold a 2021 LIHTC application training on November 30. Topics to be covered include:
- OHFA funding resources;
- 2021 program calendar;
- Application requirements and submission;
- Affordable Housing Funding Application (AHFA);
- OHFA’s review process; and
- Common application mistakes.
The training will be approximately two hours and will be held via GoToMeeting. OHFA will post additional details, including the registration link soon.
