The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) will hold a 2021 LIHTC application training on November 30. Topics to be covered include:

  • OHFA funding resources;
  • 2021 program calendar;
  • Application requirements and submission;
  • Affordable Housing Funding Application (AHFA);
  • OHFA’s review process; and
  • Common application mistakes.

The training will be approximately two hours and will be held via GoToMeeting. OHFA will post additional details, including the registration link soon.
