Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs posted a draft of the 2021 Housing Tax Credit Site Demographic Characteristics Report. The report is missing the three-year average poverty rate, rent burden and affordable housing needs indicator worksheets, all of which will be added shortly.
The final Site Demographic Characteristics report will be posted using an updated property inventory after the board meeting scheduled for November 5, 2020. Users of the Site Demographic Characteristics report are asked to send questions and feedback to Jason Burr at Jason.Burr@tdhca.state.tx.us.
