The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) announced that Alena Morgan is the now the Competitive nine percent LIHTC Program Administrator.
Morgan joined TDHCA in 2018, working in the Multifamily Direct Loan Program of the Multifamily Finance Division, as well as the Legal Services Division. She moved to her current position in late September 2020, where she works with highly renowned staff on the Department’s Competitive LIHTC process. Alena earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of Oregon and was in private practice prior to joining TDHCA.
