The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency has released the final version of its housing tax credit allocation plan for 2012, as well as the funding application. NDHFA will hold two rounds of funding:

  • Round 1: $2,525,000; closes January 31, 2012
  • Round 2: Balance of available credits; closes April 30, 2012
