The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) will hold a Virtual Over Session for its upcoming nine percent LIHTC round on September 16 at 10:00 am ET. CHFA will present information about the upcoming nine percent round process, guidelines, scoring and best practices. Please RSVP by September 11, 2020 to multifamilydevelopment@chfa.org.
In order to be considered in the upcoming nine percent round, a complete CHFA/Department of Housing Consolidated Application (including all required exhibits and supporting materials) must be submitted via CHFA’s SharePoint website by 4:00 pm ET on November 12.

Applicants must schedule and attend a pre-application conference with CHFA staff. Pre-application conferences may be scheduled at any time from now until October 28, 2020 and will occur electronically.
