The Nevada Housing Division recently released the final version of its 2012 Qualified Allocation Plan, describing the process for allocating federal low-income housing tax credits to qualified developers in Nevada. In addition to the new QAP, NHD also released appendices to accompany the QAP, including:

- Appendix B: Market Study Guide
- Appendix C: Required Energy Analysis Forms
The deadline to apply for the 2012 LIHTC round is May 4, 2012. All 2012 materials are available through NHD’s website.
